Avoid topical products, such as Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, and any anti-aging products.

Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal creams on the injection area

Start taking Arnica tablets to minimize the possibility of bruising (optional)

1 days prior:

Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages

AFTER

THE PROCEDURE

24 hours post-treatment:

Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages

3 days post-treatment:

Keep the taping without making it wet (applicable for major areas, such as buttocks)

7-4 days post-treatment:

Avoid intense heat in the treated area, such as sunbathing, tanning, saunas, hot tubs or hot wax

Avoid showers and extreme pressure in the injected area

Avoid strenuous activities and exercise

Massage the injected area for 5 minutes – 5 times a day
